Right of Withdrawal & Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Fadu Bike. Below you will find information on the statutory right of withdrawal and on our voluntary return guarantee.
1. Statutory right of withdrawal for consumers
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (ABG Transport OG / Fadu Bike) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email).

Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal.
We will make this refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods.
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal:

We bear the cost of returning the goods if the return is made from within Austria. For goods shipped by freight forwarder, we can arrange collection on request. Please contact our customer service for this.
2. Voluntary 14-day return guarantee
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we grant you a voluntary return guarantee of a total of 14 days from receipt of the goods.
Conditions for the 14-day return:
- The item must be in the same condition in which you received it (unused, undamaged and in its original packaging).
- All labels and proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) must be included.
2.1 In-store purchases
For purchases made in our store, there is no statutory 14-day right of cancellation or withdrawal. Before concluding the purchase contract, the customer has the opportunity to inspect the vehicle or product on site and, where offered, to test it.
By concluding the purchase contract, the customer confirms that they have inspected the vehicle and informed themselves about its condition, equipment and functionality. Returns or exchanges due to dislike, change of mind or a subsequent change in the purchase decision are not possible for in-store purchases.
The customer's statutory warranty rights in the event of actual defects remain unaffected.
3. Exclusion / expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs.
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been removed after delivery.
- Vouchers or promotional items (where legally permissible).
4. Transport damage and problems
Please check your order immediately upon receipt. If an item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at office@fadu-bike.at so that we can resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
