Shipping policy

Delivery and Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting Fadu Bike (ABG Transport OG). Below you will find all information about our shipping options, delivery times and free in-store pickup.

1. Delivery areas & shipping costs

Shipping within Vienna

We offer free shipping for deliveries within Vienna. Delivery is made either by a parcel service or by our in-house courier service.

Shipping to the rest of Austria and to Germany

As standard, we deliver throughout Austria and Germany. The exact shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout, as they depend on the following factors:

  • The dimensions and weight of the product (e.g. accessories vs. e-bike / e-scooter)
  • The exact delivery address and distance

2. Processing and delivery times

Processing time (handling time)

Orders are usually processed within 24 hours. For orders received early on working days, we endeavour to ship them on the same day.

Delivery times

  • Within Austria: Delivery usually takes place within 24 to 72 hours (1 to 3 working days) after the order has been processed.
  • To Germany: Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 working days.

3. Shipping carriers & tracking

For shipping, we work with reliable partners such as DHL and other established parcel services. For addresses within Vienna, we reserve the right to deliver the goods using our own delivery service.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email (including a tracking number, if provided by the carrier).

4. Free in-store pickup & cash payment (pick-up)

You can conveniently place your order online on our website and collect the goods directly from our store in Vienna.

How pickup works:

  1. Payment options: You can either pay for your order online or select the "Pay on pickup" option at checkout.
  2. Ready for pickup: You will receive an email notification as soon as your goods are ready for collection.

5. Transport damage

If the parcel is visibly damaged on delivery, please report this directly to the delivery person if possible and contact us immediately (office@fadu-bike.at).
